Please review the following documents for established Zoning Bylaws as well as additional Pelican-Rock Lake Planning District Bylaws and documents. As these documents can be amended and changed, please check back periodically to see if any updates have occurred.
A zoning bylaw is a tool that helps to implement the objectives and policies in the various zones (and any applicable secondary plan) by setting out specific rules for development and land use in a community. These rules are included in enforceable regulatory statements governing the use of land and buildings, and the location and form of buildings.
